Please download the membership form in PDF format given below. Fill & print it and send a softcopy online by email to info@sacpakistan.org. Please follow it by mailing hard copy to our Postal address. Please attach following documents:

• One Membership form duly filled. (Membership form is reproduced below)
  • SAC PAKISTAN MEMBERSHIP FORM
  • SAC Pakistan Membership fee & Instructions.
• 2 Passport Size Pictures
• Copy of Valid CNIC
• Copy of latest Passport
• Copies of highest Educational Qualification.
• Crossed cheque for the membership payable in favor of SOCIETY OF ASIAN CIVILIZATIONS.
• You must read the Constitution of Society and agree to all clauses before applying for membership. Constitution is reproduced here in PDF Format.
